As a member of the settlement team, Matt’s mission is to make the settlement approval process go smoothly and efficiently to ensure each client receives
compensation for the wrongs they suffered as soon as possible. His career at Lawyers for Justice, PC has been devoted to negotiating, drafting, and ensuring the agreements between clients and former employers receive court approval.

Matt has successfully written and argued several motions for settlement approval where the court granted approval. He graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law cum laude. In law school, Matt participated in the London program, where he studied abroad for a semester in London. During his time in law school, Matt gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge through his curriculum and travels. He proudly brought his worldly and sophisticated experiences to LFJ.

Matt has a wealth of experience litigating and managing the settlement process for wage and hour class action and representative action matters involving meal and rest break, minimum wage, and overtime violations. His community service includes volunteering as a self defense instructor for Women’s Safety Seminars in his hometown of Redlands, and also serving as an instructor for the Redlands Street Smarts Self Defense program which primarily focusses on teaching children.
