Throughout Melissa’s career in law, she developed an immense passion for helping individuals navigate the justice system and became an advocate to serve as a voice for the voiceless. As an employment litigation attorney, Melissa has represented victims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor code violations, and wrongful termination – and she has assisted in their successful resolutions. The majority of the cases she handles involve egregious actions taken by employers against their most vulnerable employees and fighting back. Melissa is a powerful voice for California employees and she is thrilled to use her legal prowess to continue the important mission of fighting for the rights for California residents and consumers.
