Arman is a litigation attorney representing California employees in complex wage and hour class actions. Throughout his time working at Lawyers for Justice, PC, Arman’s commitment to advocating for employees’ rights has only grown stronger; the more often he sees employers treating their employees unfairly, the more impassioned he becomes in the courtroom. He uses a mixture of refined courtroom techniques to fight for his clients and achieve optimal results.
He obtained his law degree from Penn State Law where he focused his studies on employment law and litigation practice. During his law school career, Arman participated in Penn State Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic where he took the lead working on several briefs that were filed with the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
