Arby stands up for workers in class and complex wage-and-hour matters involving employers in multiple industries, including agriculture, banking, and hospitality. He is the Shareholder of Lawyers for Justice, PC.  Multilingual in English, Armenian, and Spanish, Arby speaks for those who haven’t been heard.

Arby’s discipline and determination has enabled him to successfully obtain class-wide resolutions in over 250 cases. Under his guidance and supervision, Lawyers for Justice, PC has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of individuals. Arby is always working to help clients recover what’s rightfully theirs. His recent wins in contested class certification motions include certification of classes of employees working for multiple national chains of retail stores, a co-working space provider, a residential management company, a container manufacturer, a parking company, a bank and a medical equipment supplier.

A winner through and through, Arby’s hard work has been recognized multiple times, including: Super Lawyers Rising Stars, TopVerdict.com, Best of the Bar and Pasadena Magazine.  Further, in 2011, Arby’s passion for class action litigation led to him being selected, as the only attorney in private practice, to participate in the Impact Fund’s Class Action Training Institute.
