Olivia Clancy
Prior to becoming a dedicated member of Lawyers for Justice, PC, Olivia received her Bachelors of Arts degree from New York University in 2013 and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2016.
She was admitted to practice law in New York in 2017. She was admitted to practice law before the United States Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2018.
She was also admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey. She has worked on many employment law cases in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey as well as litigated personal injury matters on behalf of individual plaintiffs. Her work has included, inter alia, consulting with clients, researching and drafting pleadings, composing discovery demands and responses, taking and defending depositions, engaging successfully in motion practice, negotiating, orally arguing before the court concerning a variety of legal issues, claims evaluation and analysis, securing settlements and preparing for trial. Presently, she is focused on litigating class action cases in New York and New Jersey on behalf of LFJ clients.
