Jonathan Apsan
In Law School, Jonathan focused on consumer protection and business law.
Jonathan was a student clinician at Access Justice Brooklyn, in which students provided free legal services, under the supervision of mentor attorneys, to indigent defendants who fell prey to predatory debt practices.
While in law school, Jonathan also interned at Consumer Attorneys, a law firm that specialized in assisting hourly workers who were victimized by inaccurate credit reporting, that often resulted in lost housing and employment opportunities. After law school, Jonathan worked as a litigation attorney for a medical malpractice firm in Manhattan.
Jonathan is excited to use his prior legal experience to continue his mission of advocating and protecting vulnerable classes and individuals from labor, wage, and employment violations
