Devin Kathleen Epp

Devin Kathleen Epp

Less than a year after becoming a licensed attorney, Devin was examining witnesses in federal court in a whistleblower and discrimination retaliation trial.

After receiving a successful verdict and watching how her efforts had an indelible impact on her client, she became committed to advocating for workers wronged by abusive, powerful institutions.

Since then, she has become an award-winning litigator with experience fighting discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful terminations. It is this dedication that has led her to LFJ, continuing her commitment to holding employers and government institutions accountable to the law and their obligations to hardworking, honest employees.

Devin is married to her husband, Kevin. They enjoy hiking, skiing, and anything outdoors whenever the western Washington weather cooperates.
