Please note that the Websites are designed for users in the United States only and are not intended for users located outside the United States.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We collect certain categories of information about you from a variety of sources. Information You Provide to Us
Our interactions with you and some features of the Websites may require you to directly provide certain information, including information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing the Websites or limit our ability to communicate with you. - Client (and prospective client) information, including details pertinent to fulfilling our obligations within the scope of our attorney-client relationship with you (e.g., during client onboarding, the course of the relationship and client disengagement). This information may include case-related information, documents we receive from you or other relevant client-specific and/or sensitive information depending on the nature of your case.
- Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example, when sending a message through the contact form on our Websites, calling our 24-hour call center, or otherwise as part of your other interactions with us. Our call center is operated by a third party, and your calls with our call center may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Please note that sending us a message through any of our Websites or speaking with us does not, on its own, establish an attorney-client relationship with us. Certain communications with us or interactions with the Websites, as specifically indicated by us, may be utilized by our clients to communicate within the scope of an attorney-client relationship.
- Applicant details, such as information included in your resume or CV, references, and job history. We use applicant details to process your application for employment and to evaluate your candidacy.
Information Collected Automatically
We and third parties may also use cookies, pixels or other tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect certain information about your interactions with the Websites. This information is collected and used to tailor your experience with the Websites, run analytics and improve the functionality of our Websites. Such information includes:
- Device information, such as device type, operating system, unique device identifier, and internet protocol (IP) address.
- Location information, such as approximate location based on IP address.
- Other information regarding your interaction with the Websites, such as browser type, log data, date and time stamps, clickstream data (e.g., page requests, page views, how much time is spent on a page, content viewed or interacted with, text entered, etc.), interactions with marketing emails, and ad impressions.

Information Collected From Other Sources
We may obtain information about you from outside sources, including information that we collect directly from third parties and information from third parties that you choose to share with us. Such information includes:
- Referral information, including details we collect through our referral network or other referral channels, which help us connect with potential clients and partners.
- Information we receive from career websites, including from LinkedIn, which we use to consider and process your application for employment.
- Information we receive from social media platforms, such as when you interact with us on Facebook or Instagram, which we use to communicate with you and personalize our services.
Any information we receive from outside sources will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us by third parties and are not responsible for any third party’s policies or practices. 3. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
As described above, we and third parties use Tracking Technologies to collect certain information about your interactions with the Websites. Most browsers accept Tracking Technologies automatically, but you may be able to control the way in which your devices permit the use of Tracking Technologies. If you so choose, you may block or delete certain Tracking Technologies from your browser; however, blocking or deleting cookies may cause some of the Websites, including general functionality, to work incorrectly.
Your browser settings may also allow you to transmit a “do not track” signal, “opt-out preference” signal, or other mechanism for exercising your choice regarding the collection of your information when you visit various websites. We do not “sell” or “share” (as those terms are defined under applicable law) personal information, nor have we done so in the preceding 12 months. Further, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
5. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This section applies to you if you are a resident of California. For purposes of this section, references to “personal information” shall include “sensitive personal information,” as these terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
Processing of Personal Information

We only use and disclose sensitive personal information for purposes specified in the CCPA or otherwise in line with your consent. California Privacy Rights
As described above, we disclose information to other law firms or lawyers for purposes of referring cases or potential cases. This may be viewed as the disclosure of personal information to a third party for the third party’s direct marketing purposes under certain laws. We only disclose information for such purposes if you first affirmatively agree to that disclosure. 6. SOCIAL FEATURES
Certain features of the Websites allow you to initiate interactions between the Websites and third-party services or platforms, such as social networks (“Social Features”). Social Features may include features that allow you to access our pages on third-party platforms, and from there to “like” or “share” our content. Use of Social Features may allow a third party to collect and/or use your information. If you use Social Features, information you post or make accessible may be publicly displayed by the third-party service. We may provide links to third-party websites or platforms, and display, or make available content, data, applications or materials from third parties on the Websites. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of, or information found on, these sites or platforms, or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of third-party materials. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, such as third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Websites and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Websites are not intended for children, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information from a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below information to request that it be deleted.
9. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
Despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send to us electronically, while using the Websites or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information. Whenever feasible and appropriate, we will anonymize personal information by removing, substituting, or obscuring details that could identify you.

Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
