Annabel Blanchard
LawyerAt Lawyers for Justice, PC, Annabel advocates for employees who have been treated unfairly in the workplace. She finds the practice fulfilling and exciting, as she gets to be a voice for individuals who often feel out-powered and out-funded by the large corporations for which they work. There is strength in numbers and through class-action and representative lawsuits, employees can band together and keep unscrupulous employers in check.
Annabel was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2008, after having graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in June of 2008. At Southwestern, Annabel was the recipient of the Paul Wildman Scholarship for Academic Excellence.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Annabel studied Contemporary English Literature, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
Before joining Lawyers for Justice, PC, Annabel was an Estate Planning and Conservatorship attorney. She focused on advocating for individuals with special needs. During her time as an estate planning attorney, she helped the special needs community access the resources and support available to them under the law. She found the work incredibly rewarding, as it was giving a voice to people who are often underrepresented and overlooked.
